Healing Through Movement: A Gentle Space for Coming Home to Yourself

This space isn’t about how flexible you are or whether you’ve ever done yoga before, this is about building a more compassionate , conscious relationship with your body and emotions.
Through gentle movement and guided somatic practices we’ll create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what your body has been holding.
You don’t need to be fit or experienced. Come exactly as you are. This group supports emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and the journey back to feeling safe in your own skin.
Recommended: yoga mat, 2 blocks , bolster (big pillows), blanket

Explore Don Miguel Ruiz’s wisdom through a therapeutic lens. Each week, we unpack one agreement through somatic reflection, group sharing, and guided journaling. It is not necessary to read the book, but encouraged.
This group offers a space to slow down and reflect on how the unconscious agreements we’ve made with ourselves, others, and the world may be shaping our pain, relationships, and self-worth.
Together, we’ll explore the Four Agreements:
- Be impeccable with your word
- Don’t take anything personally
- Don’t make assumptions
- Always do your best
Through guided journaling, somatic reflection, and group discussion, you’ll begin to:
- Break free from old patterns rooted in self-judgement and people-pleasing
- Strengthen your inner boundaries and sense of truth
- Cultivate more emotional freedom and clarity in your relationships
- Deepen compassion for yourself and others
This isn’t just a book study, it’s an invitation to embody the agreements in your daily life, with support and care as you integrate them in real time. No prior reading needed. All are welcome.

This gentle, supportive group is for anyone curious about using art to connect with their emotions and inner world. No art experience is needed – just a willingness to explore. Each session will include:
- Mindfulness & guided meditation to help you settle your nervous system
- Simple, expressive art invitations to explore your feelings
- A safe space to reflect, share (if you wish), and reconnect with yourself
In this group, creative expression becomes a powerful tool for self-discovery and emotional healing. Through guided art, mindfulness, and gentle reflection, you may begin to:

This 10-week online journey, guided by Susan Faurot, LMFT, invites women 50+ to reflect on where they’ve been and dream about where they’re going. Through heartfelt discussion, mindfulness, creative writing, and self-compassion practices, you’ll create a vibrant, meaningful vision for the future.
