Please inquire for more details.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

48-Hour Cancelation Policy
The scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you. Please notify your clinician at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel. If you are running late to your appointment, please call her and you can meet for whatever amount of your time remains.
If you are unable to provide at least 48 hours notice prior to canceling, you may be billed for this missed appointment (up to $240).
* Effective September 1, 2023, our Medicare clients will also be billed for late cancelations and no shows.
Note: Because insurance companies cannot be billed for missed sessions, please understand that if you are using insurance coverage you will always be personally responsible for paying up to $240 for late cancellations regardless of your plan’s coverage (unless you are covered by California State – CCAH – insurance).
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Notice to clients and prospective clients: Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
