Wellspring recognizes the unique journey our older adults are facing. We have several clinicians who special in working with transitions in older life. Susan Faurot, LMFT, describes this stage of life as “The Third Chapter”, a time of deep reflection, change, loss, and search for meaning. Dr. Terranova notes that treatment for seniors is vital. “Our older population is sometimes the most vulnerable, and often the least seen.”

Wellspring takes great pride in its ability to meet the growing needs of our geriatric clientele. We have partnered with Medicare, MediCal, and other insurances to bridge the gap of services often missing for clients age 65+. We have sometimes been successful in getting special permission see clients who are not on our insurance panels.
