Kristy Newstrom (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating an affirming, empowering space where clients—especially children, teens, and LGBTQ+ individuals—feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Rooted in a humanistic and strengths-based approach, Kristy honors the resilience within each person. Drawing from her background in equine-assisted therapy, early childhood education, and family systems work, she helps clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and cultivate self-awareness.

As a queer therapist, Kristy is passionate about providing LGBTQ+ affirming care, supporting individuals as they explore their identities, process emotions, and build self-confidence.
