Dr. Terranova is the founder of Wellspring and an active, licensed psychologist in the practice. She has a keen and sensitive nature, allowing her to carefully understand and work with each person’s complex life story. She describes her life’s work as extremely meaningful. Dr. Terranova’s expertise rests in years of sitting with countless individuals as they find ways to reconstruct the wisdom of Life’s complicated journey. Infusing a combination of somatic, mindfulness, humor, and depth exploration with individuals and families, she is able to artfully help adolescents, teens, and adults find personal power through adversity. She has a strong passion for working with adolescents and teens as she finds the spunk and complexity of their lives intriguing. Under Dr. Terranova’s care, these kids will find an open-minded yet grounded adult to help them explore the complex nature of the teen world. Dr. Terranova also offers expertise with: anxiety, depression, men’s and women’s transitions, family trauma, and spiritual development. She will accept clients between ages 8 through older adulthood.
