Dr. Gonzales is a Post-Doctoral Fellow specializing in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Anaheim, CA. Her clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as neurodevelopmental assessment. Dr. Gonzales has received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Dr. Gonzales is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She strives to help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Supporting families is particularly meaningful to her, as she believes that meaningful growth and lasting change are fostered through connection, understanding, and collaboration.

As she continues to grow professionally at Wellsprings Psychological Services, Dr. Gonzales is expanding her clinical experience to include working with adults. This opportunity allows her to broaden her clinical perspective and support individuals across the lifespan while continuing to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care.
