Provider Spotlight: Welcome Bailey Macey, LMFT to Our Team

We are thrilled to introduce Bailey Macey, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as the newest member of our practice here in Monterey, CA.

Bailey brings over three years of clinical experience specializing in trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University. Bailey began her clinical career at Equine Healing Collaborative in Salinas, where she developed her skills working with diverse populations across the lifespan, providing both individual and group therapy while also supporting clinical operations for a large multidisciplinary team.

Her therapeutic approach weaves together trauma-informed practices, mindfulness-based techniques, and a holistic perspective that honors the mind-body connection. Bailey works with children ages 5–10 as well as adults ages 18 and older, supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. She is fluent in English and has elementary proficiency in Spanish.

At the heart of Bailey’s work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can explore their experiences, uncover their inner strengths, and find the courage to live their truths. With warmth, humor, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual, Bailey walks alongside her clients as they move toward the life they envision for themselves.

Whether you are navigating trauma, working through interpersonal conflict, or searching for a deeper connection with yourself — or supporting a child through their own emotional journey — Bailey is here to help establish achievable goals and foster lasting growth.

Please join us in welcoming Bailey to our team — we are so glad she’s here.
